Writer's Workshops

Hello!  Obviously, everyone here has interest in reading great books.   Thus, I would guess that there are also Hogwart students that enjoy writing.  I just finished a wonderful Writer's Workshop this weekend (check out www.pima.edu if interested in next year's workshop).  Is there any other workshops that you can recommend?

Thanks,
Lavender Diggory-Dolohov

critters.org is not a workshop per say, but a place where you critique stories and send in stories to critique. Limited to sci-fi, fantasy, and horror, you just need to average critiquing one story three out of every 4 weeks to be allowed to send in to receive a critique. I find it helpful and inspirational to see so many other writers sending things in.

That looks interesting, Ophelia.

I have to say I have not been to any workshops, but I did NaNo for the first time three years ago, which led to my finding MNFF, where I not only post stories (And sometimes receive reviews) but met a lot of other writers who are happy to tell me what they think of what I am working on.

I was thinking "Why was there nothing like this when I was young and could benefit from it" and then I said "I am not dead yet." and tried.
